Sunday, April 22 – Hosting the Annual Earth Day Parade
San Diego Earth Fair at Balboa Park is the biggest and longest-running Earth Day event in the U.S., and you can meet Tommy at the San Diego County Democrats for Environmental Action booth at Earth Fair on Sunday, April 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. As the co-founder and former president of the club, Tommy will talk about his environmental vision for San Diego – and will host the annual Earth Day Parade beginning at 10:30 a.m.!
Sunday, April 22 – Point Loma Dems. D-6 Endorsement
The Point Loma – Ocean Beach Democratic Club will vote to endorse in the San Diego City Council District 6 race on Sunday, April 22, beginning at 4 p.m. (social begins at 3:30). The Point Loma – O.B. Dems. meet at the Point Loma Assembly, located 3035 Talbot St. in Point Loma. If you're a member in good standing, please attend and vote for Tommy.
Monday, April 23 – Rancho Bernardo Dems. D-6 Endorsement
The Rancho Bernardo Democratic Club will endorse in the San Diego City Council District 6 race on Monday, April 23, beginning at 7 p.m. The R.B. Democrats meet at the Remington Club II, located behind Vons at 16916 Hierba Dr. in Rancho Bernardo. If you're a member in good standing, please attend and vote for Tommy.
Wednesday, April 25 – Lunch with Tommy via Facebook Live
Our next Lunch With Tommy via Facebook Live is Wednesday, April 25, at 12 noon. Spend a part of your lunchtime with Tommy as he answers voters' questions, gives information on upcoming events (including our new Pints With Tommy series) and talks about our campaign for San Diego City Council and the issues most important to our District 6 neighbors. Thursday, April 26 – Meet Tommy with the Clairemont Dems.
The Clairemont Democratic Club will host a Candidate Mixer and Membership Drive on Thursday, April 26, beginning at 6 p.m. at Elijah's Restaurant, located at 7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. While this is not an official Tommy Hough for City Council event and there is a fee to attend, attendees will have an opportunity to meet and talk with Tommy from 6 to 7 p.m., and again from 8 to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday, April 29 – Neighborhood Coffee in Rancho Peñasquitos
"P.Q., we love you." We have a mid-morning coffee event coming up at the home of a Tommy supporter in Rancho Peñasquitos on Sunday, April 29, at 10 a.m. If you'd like to attend, please RSVP here and we'll get you the address for this neighborhood meet-and-greet event. This is a great opportunity to meet Tommy up-close and ask questions about his vision for the city – so bring a friend.
Thursday, May 3 – Clairemont Town Council D-6 Forum
The Clairemont Town Council will host a forum of San Diego City Council District 6 candidates on Thursday, May 3, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Clairemont High School cafeteria, located at 4150 Ute Dr. in Clairemont, at the southwest corner of Balboa Ave. and Clairemont Drive. The D-6 forum will follow a forum of D-2 candidates that same evening. If you're a member in good standing, please attend and vote for Tommy.
Monday, May 7 – Mira Mesa Town Council D-6 Forum
The Mira Mesa Town Council will host a forum of San Diego City Council District 6 candidates on Monday, May 7, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Mira Mesa High School auditorium, located at 10510 Marauder Way in Mira Mesa, at the southwest corner of Mira Mesa Blvd. and Marauder Way.
